100% works immediately
Look no further I have been really suffering with heel pain. I'm not sure if it's plantar fasciitis or a heel spur but I tend to think it's the first one. I've had trouble standing and walking and I ordered these. They came fairly quickly. I put them on right out of the package stood up and astonishingly. I had no pain in my heel. What a relief worth every cent best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Order them. You won't be sorry.

The Profoot worked wonders for me!
I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for four months. I kept playing tennis and pickleball by taping my feet every day. I also did stretching and strengthening exercises every day. However, it wasn't until I bought the Profoot that my right heel got much better. It was amazing. When I purchased the Profoot, Amazon was also promoting some Plantar Fasciitis socks. I decided to buy them too. They seemed very helpful, as I didn't have to tape my feet again. This is the sixth month, and my heels are okay. I am so grateful. I am going to purchase another Profoot to put in my golf shoes. They really did make a big difference. Plus, they are so reasonably priced! This is my husband's account so I just want you to know that it was my feet that had challenges.

They work, but they are inserts, not insoles
These inserts really do work immediately to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. This is why I’m giving them 4 stars, even though I have complaints. They are an insert, not an insole. This means you have to leave your original insole in. The back part of your foot will be higher in the shoe because you’re putting insert on top of insole. Depending on what type of shoe you’re wearing, this could cause the back of your heel to hit in the wrong spot on the shoe. It could also cause pressure on the top of your foot. The insert tends to move inside the shoe almost every time I take my feet out. This means I have to readjust it each time I get ready to put the shoes back on. Would I recommend these? Absolutely. They do provide relief to a problem that can be quite painful. However, if you can find a decent insole, I would recommend that more.

Inexpensive relief for my Plantar Fasciitis
Diagnosed six months ago with Plantar Fasciitis and the podiatrist told me to get shoe inserts. A friend with same experience recommended these Profoots as a reasonably priced option to test. After trying them and getting relief I have purchased 3 more pair so that I don't have to keep switching and remembering which shoes I last used them in. My most recent purchase was a pair to permanently stay in the shoes in my gym bag. Early on I did spend $20 for a full length pair of inserts which work great in some shoes but that's too much to spend for multiple pairs of inserts plus they don't fit into every type of shoe that I wear. If you have this condition, I would recommend giving these Profoots a try. My Plantar Fasciitis is greatly improved now but I will keep using these because I really don't want to deal with all that pain and suffering ever again.

Decent
The insole is seems designed for average arches. Not wide feet with low arch or high arch people. It's not bad. It's not great. But it did help relieve some of my pain. I had no heel support on my sketchers swift fit. (They're not good shoes to begin with). I'm approximately 220lbs. So heel support and arch support are required and I work 12hr nights. I added these and I immediately felt a difference. I felt heel support 4/5 and arch support 3/5. The arch part feels stiff and I've been wearing them for a month now or more and they still feel stiff. The product is a half foots length and made of a silicone. Make sure to line the insoles to the shoes heel, (as far back into the heel of the shoe as you can get it) if it's slightly off or crooked you'll develop pressure callouses or worsen your plantar fasciitis. I learned that the hard way.

Works as an insole helping with Achilles issues
I use these to alleviate Achilles tendinitis issues rather than for plantar fasciitis as designed. I find just the small heel lift in sneakers and shoes serves two purposes, it stops the stretching on the tendon, but it also prevents my shoes from hitting my heel where the tendon is sore. I find the fit comfortable - I buy the smallest size available in anything and have size 5.5-6 feet, I like the padding and I can add them to any shoe with a flat insole: I don’t find them too thick and even have them inside my rain boots for gardening. They don’t seem to slide around for me so I don’t think they need to adhere to the shoe: Only one pair seems to have had created a noticeable ridge between the insert and the sole which was a little uncomfortable for a day or two but it soon bedded in. These are cheaper than another brand that I first purchased and I haven’t noticed a difference in functionality. The padding is great and I have worn them to walk around race tracks all day which usually involves concrete, asphalt and grass, so the stability in my shoes seems to be fine.

They help with my foot pain so much, that I bought a second pair so I can have a pair in my indoor shoes, and my outdoor shoes. Love them so much! My foot pain was crippling, then after I received my first pair, after wearing them for a week, I noticed a HUGE difference! The pain wasn’t half as bad. If I go without wearing my shoes with the orthotics, I have pain the next day. They’re fantastic, amazing, and I recommend them for anyone with plantars fasciitis, best $50 ($25 CAD per pair) I ever spent! The fabric did rub off pretty easily, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is how well they work. I’ve recommended these to friends who have PF, or know someone which PF.
