I purchased a set of four colors for my HP laser printer. After installation the printer warned me that the toner was not genuine HP, but the printer worked fine. Then the printer automatically downloaded new firmware and then refused to work because the toner was not HP. I finally got the printer to work by downgrading the firmware. Now everything is working fine and I’m printing color documents nicely with no ill effectsI noticed that at the bottom of the toner box there were clear instructions on how to prevent the printer from automatically downloading new firmware. Had I done that I would have saved myself a lot of work and stressThese cartridges work well and are a fraction of the price of HP toner - the HP toner costs about the same as what I paid for the printer.

There's no way I'm paying for full-price Epson-brand ink when this works PERFECTLY for my high-use, high-print-capacity office. I've been THRILLED with its quality and performance. ZERO customers have said anything, as they can't tell the difference between this and "official" ink. You'll have me as a customer for as long as I have this printer!

We have ordered the same Cartridge pack over and over with No problems. This order is replacing the ones that didn't work. It did not have the chip compatible with HP and the rivets that holds the cartridges together were not fastened securely, causing us to not use them. The reason I reordered the same product again is because clearly this was just a fluke. Not something that happens to all of them. we have been very satisfied with this product for its compatibility to work with our Hp Printer, Price point and have had no issues with this package of toners.
