Perfect
Works & easy to use, very intuitive. Beeps don't bother my animals or strays. I chipped everyone & got them all fixed & shots. I even got brave and chipped my own pets. One of yhr cats has 3 microchips....my test rabbit haha but they're all registered. And this picks them up with ease.

Not worth it
I have only had this for a few months and it has completely stopped working. Will not charge and will not power on. Do not recommend.

Great to have on hand when working with a rescue
I volunteer my time and my home with Santa Teresa lost and found Pet Rescue at any given time we rescue 7 to 20 dogs a day sometimes more it’s nice to have the scanner to see if they have a chip or a home

Works like a charm
I have known that my cat has a Microchip done by his first owner and I've always been curious about what/where it is. It costs a lot more to get it tested on the official place and this product can be used over and over again. With a simple beep the FDX-B identifier is on the screen when I scan his body. Very easy to use. Hghly recommended!

Doesnt always work
I tested it on both of my dogs and it only picks up one of them when I know for certain that both my dogs are chipped.

Good reader, doesn't read temperature
I think is is a pretty good reader but i bought it to read temperature from the homeagain chips in my cats, and it can't do that. I think only specialized and expensive readers can.It reads from a reasonable distance (4"?) but you need to get the angle right. Scared cats would still avoid it.You can turn off the beep on it, and you really should. It has extensive menus but i haven't used them all. Haven't tried the Bluetooth.

Garbage quality and will not even turn on
Charged it for 7 hours trying different cables (while making sure outlets and cords were working) and still just a dead, black screen. Feels like cheap quality and it's not clear what exactly came broken, but a complete waste.
