Not cold water
This machine does not give you cold water. The water is not quite warm, but definitely not cold.Also if you want two cups of hot water, you have to wait for it to warm up after the first cup is poured. Not real happy about our choice of hot/cold water dispenser. I don't return items, so I'm keeping this one, but very disappointed.

After about 2 months, it started to leak. A full cup per day. I am not continue usage of this product.
