LupinaOrganic Gluten Free Premium Lupin Flour, 16 oz, High Protein & Fiber

I have been using this in place of almond flour for keto baking and it is fantastic. The texture is amazing and it's great that it has more protein.

I use small amounts of this flour to thicken soups and to add texture.Good for mixing with other flours for baking.

I have previously bought the regular lupin flour from this brand and for the first time bought this organic version. This one tastes milder to me, not as bitter, I prefer it. However, I do not understand the nutrition facts as labeled. Their total carbs are 17.5g yet fiber (which is supposed to be part of total carbs in the US) is at 34g. This does not make sense. I submitted a request on the brand website but have not received a response. I would love this product more if I could trust the nutrition label.

Plain and simple disgusting!!!!! Like chewing on a tree bark with a super strong taste.
