When I started taking them I had the worst reflux and gas among other things. I have to say I did start to notice a significant reduction in my symptoms after a week or so. I did make a few dietary changes as well so maybe that contributed but overall I wanna give these probiotics credit. I still take them and having the 4 month supply is a bonus. They’re worth a shot

After being on Antibiotics for several months due to a severe sinus infection and then prostatitis the levels of good bacteria in my gut were non existent. Daily stomach pains, constipation and bloating meant I was in constant pain for months after I finished the antibiotics. 48 hours after starting to take these the bloating, pain and constipation stopped with normal bowel movements resuming.
