Awesome looking and feels nice. I've had this several months now, and it still looks perfect. Really nice. Its a bit pricey, but works on our carpet so much better than any plastic chair mat. I have another computer workstation that has a plastic chairmat that is starting to crack. If this glass one keeps holding up as beautifully as it has so far, then I will just have to buy another myGlassMat when I need one.

Glass seems fine and beveled edges are great for rolling chair on and off but measures 46 inches not 48 wide - honest mistake but may need to check packing slip to ensure you receive the correct product before opening in the event you need to return

Wow. Just Wow. I LOVE THIS MAT! I have gone through 3 other mats, and finally I found one that will last. I use it on carpeted floor and over the years the actual carpet has gotten grooves in it from the wheels of my chair. The plastic/vinyl mats eventually sink in to the same holes. This glass mat solved the problem! I am a female 145 lbs, so I really expected the other mats to suffice, but they didn't. The cost of this mat was high, but not when you compare the price of going through several other mats over the years. I would love it if there was also a glass "tongue/lip" that extended under my desk, but I don't think they can do that with glass. We will likely buy more mats for the other people in the office!

Use it under a chair at my computer to protect newly installed carpet.Almost works too well-chair rolls VERY easily.Only caveat-seems a little pricey.

It takes a BIG leap of faith to order an expensive piece of glass. I finally “took the plunge” and did it. I wish I’d bought it sooner. After a few weeks of use, it is working perfectly. It does slightly/slowly “migrate” on my carpeting but not enough that I have attached the provided anchorages. My chair rolls more easily than ever. I perceived a delay in its arrival but that was due to a tracking SNAFU with the shipping agent. A query to the seller was promptly and politely answered to my complete satisfaction. The product arrived in perfect condition. I suggest you open the package near where the mat will be used, at least on the same floor. The piece of tempered glass will be quite heavy for some users.

A great purchase! All those years of using plastic chair mats, the divots caused by the chair, getting stuck and being difficult to move the chair. I should have made this purchase long ago. They are very elegant looking, your chair slides effortlessly, and really dresses-up your office. Get positive comments from everyone that sees it.

I use this in my bedroom under my vanity to keep makeup off the carpet and it's perfect. It's pricey but it's so much more attractive than those plastic or bamboo office mats. I tried area rugs but they just kept getting bunched up. Totally worth it.

A phenomenal product. I ordered this on Amazon, and received a phone call before the product arrived. Apparently, it had shattered during shipping. The president of MyGlassMat called me to say the order had been re-shipped.As for the product itself -- it's been two and a half months, and it is fantastic -- if you can afford it, it is worth the investment. As someone who sits at his desk 8+ hours a day, ergonomics aren't something I want to skimp on, and there's no substitute for glass over our wool carpet. Highly recommended.
