My favorite knife. Beats out Henckles for my go-to. The weight distribution is superb and the knife is sturdy and sharp. Unbelievable to get a German forged blade for this price. I do a lot of cooking of different cuisines and this line never leads me astray. I’ve got 3 now and love them all. Unmatched quality at an unbelievably low price. 10 stars if I could.

Bought this knife so that I could use and abuse while cooking on my tent camping trips. It is super sharp and being a paring knife, is super compact. So far I have used it on multiple camping trips and it has done a fantastic job. Not having a full size chef's knife while cooking is a pain for me but when space is an issue this is a great alternative. The only thing I would really like is if it had a plastic sheath to avoid dulling the blade or scratching up the pots I store it with. For the time being I dry it, wrap it in a paper towel then wrap with foil, which makes a good temporary sheath. Maybe I'll get one of my friends with a 3d printer to print me a sheath for it, till then the makeshift solution works just fine.

I had moved and needed new knives and was researching on the expensive German branded knives only to have stumbled upon multiple praises for the Winco Acero knives. I decided to try out a paring knife and have been using it all weekend. The weight and the feel of it when using is Amazing! I loved it so much, I ordered a few more in different sizes. Amazing price for such a high quality product!

Not a good paring knife but great small utility knife.

Nice kitchen knife, it's solid and well built with a good grip but in less than three months a small rust stain developed on the blade up by the handle, I can't feel it but it's obvious it's there. The knife was fairly sharp when I received it but dulled with use as all knives will do. The knife sharpens very well, well enough that one could shave the hair off their arm with it. Except for the one rust stain embedded in the "stainless blade" which doesn't appear as if it's getting larger I like everything else about this knife.

I own a $1,000+ set of German Freidr.Dick professional chef knives, which if you have the money are the best you can buy. I needed a couple additional multipurpose pairing knives for various jobs where I do not want to use my F.Dick knives, such as cutting without a cutting board directly on my granite counter-tops. I ordered one of these knives, and was soo impressed, I ordered two more. These are German manufactured High-Carbon Knives, manufactured to 4CrMoV15. I weighed this knife itself, and it weighs exactly 89 grams. This knife ships extremely sharp, and is very easy to resharpen with an automatic sharpener, sharpening steel, and/or sharpening stone. Also, there is no cheap plastic or rubber on this knife. If you didn't know it was under $10, you would think it was a high-to-midgrade professional knife. I HIGHLY recommend this knife to anyone on a budget who wants a quality knife. This is hands down the best dollar-to-value ratio knife you buy. Great Job, WINCO!!!

What a bargain. German steel. Excellent bargain and price point. Have used the brand before so took a chance. Glad I did.
