Q: In the description it says 18w cree flood lights but in the title it says 27w spot lights. are they 27w? are they cree led's? are they spot or flood?

They are flood and brighter than 100w headlamp bulbs

Q: The description says spot lamps but the pictures show a sharp cut off in the beam as if they're fog lamps or dip beam pattern. Which is right?

Sorry I can't help as finding the right bolts and one nut has been difficult so haven't been lit ,but would think more likely to be flood lights.

Q: Can these be wired into the hi/lo projector lamp (dip-head) circuit so that they only activate on full beam?

I'm not sure,but don't see why not try ,but keep low value fuses in case to test the circuitry is good

Q: Could I wire this in to a 12v car cigarette lighter adapter so I can just plug it in when needed

Hi,NEVER conect it to a cigerette plug without first up upgrading the cigerette wiring,if you don't your wiring will burn and then i don't hold out much hope for your vehcile.why not just wire them to your high beam's ?
