It really does help with your Keto routine
I love this product. I drink it every single day and only until I started drinking it did I see a a major change in my ability to loose pounds or not gain no matter what I eat. Plus it is also delicious! It takes a while to see the difference because your body needs to get used to it but I've been taking it for over 2-3 months and I really see the difference. Both my husband and I drink it on a daily basis. We also stopped drinking coffee and drink this instead and we're glad we found a good substitute.
