Product shipped very fast! Exactly like the OEM part, but works better. Same size and fit and super easy to install. If your Crossfire has the issue that when you turn the key, absolutely nothing happens but everything else works, this could be the problem. Highly recommend this replacement part. Took the OEM part out, put this one in, hooked up the 5 connectors, and started right up and continues to work!

To make sure the Relay Control Module was the problem, I ordered this before I mailed my old one to get it refurbished. When I popped this baby in, I was a little surprised when the car started right up.I'm using my original refurbished Module now since it's modified to enable the horn to work without turning on the car; I'm keeping this in the trunk as a back up.Mr. Tighe did the job for $50. This relay module fixed a myriad of electrical problems on our 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. It's a 5 minute change out and all problems went away! The relay box is next to the battery, there are a lock on each side and the relay module has 5 connectors, remove them and replace the box, and reconnect and it was good to go.

This is a good product but you need to check other products in your vehicle such as the brain located in the same box next to the battery, the skreem located behind the speedometer.

Your Mercedes/Chrysler Crossfire starting to just do nothing when you turn the key? Dont blame the car. This part was outsourced and it has bad soldering on the original when they built the car This new Standard Motor Products version is way better built. As a dealer repair, better have a big repair budget. Very easy to self install. Under the hood on the right side of the car next to the battery. Plastic fuse box with sliding locks. disconnect Neg battery cable. Open the box. on the side closest to the motor you will see this part. It has 5 plugs. Just unplug them all. they each only fit in one spot. Slip the old forward and roll the front up and out. Slip the new one in and connect the plugs. Replace the top and put the neg cable back on. Go start your car and fall back in Love.

My 2004 Chrysler Crossfire still cuts off this device.... It's like it is over heating or something then shuts off. I could have SAVED MY MONEY.
