Soothing and Hydrating
I've been using these for almost a month now and can finally give my official thoughts on these toner pads. I have dry, dehydrated, sensitive and acne-prone skin as well as a damaged moisture barrier. I purchased these to use as a quicker application of toner in the morning and at night since my schedule doesn't allow time to do a full on routine. Each pad comes out of the jar soaked in essence. Even after rubbing it all over my face, there's enough essence left to take it down to my neck and chest. The essence itself is hydrating and soothing, calming down my irritated skin while also not clogging up my pores. It has a slight scent but nothing that's unpleasant or stings my nose. The PHA in these is super gentle so there's no noticeable exfoliation going on and I can use these daily without overexfoliating my skin. I definitely will continue to repurchase these.

Works amazingly well for any skin type
I tried a few different chemical exfoliates over the past year and found the Neogen Cica Pad to be the best. I was skeptical at first because it isn't a super strong formula; however, it is suitable for everyday use unlike other chemical exfoliants. What I love about this product is that it doesn't irritate my skin at all and has zero fragrance and won't clash with a hydrating toner (don't use with an alcohol toner). The formula is like a 'bouncy' water, which is hydrating for the skin. It is also priced affordably for such a large amount of pads. The pad is also great! Very large and covers a lot of area quickly. The only issue I have with the pads is that you have to pay attention to what side you are using. Yes, there is a difference. One side is quilted, allowing you to gently exfoliate dead skin and dirt, while the other is flat for finishing. It isn't easy to notice at first!Just a small detail but overall the product is amazing and will be a staple for my routines going forward. Have already started gifting it to some of my friends.

My new favorite cleanser!
I've been using CosRX's Low-pH Good Morning Cleanser as my foam cleanser for years now, but I bought the NEOGEN DERMALOGY Real Cica Micellar Cleansing Foam on a whim to try out (I have the Real Cica Pads and really like them), and I ended up surprised by how much I love it. I have dehydrated skin, so I always shoot for low pH cleansers, otherwise my skin gets that squeaky dry/ stripped feeling after I wash my face. The Real Cica Micellar Cleansing Foam smells slightly floral (but not overpowering). It foams up really well when you rub your hands together, and it seems like a small amount of the cleanser goes a long way. The tube is quite a bit larger than the Good Morning Cleanser, so I feel like the size is a really good value. After I wash, my skin feels refreshed and smooth--not tight or squeaky at all. This will definitely be replacing the Good Morning Cleanser in my routine!

Noticeable Immediately, Good on Extremely Sensitive
Completely excellent, even noticeable smoothness after one use and no sensitivity issues with my extremely sensitive skin that even Burt's bees and non sensitizing Western ingredients still trigger. There's a lot of product, actually, and you can even swipe the top of the cotton pad with your own sterile clean cotton pad and use that, or swipe the sides and use that as non total physically exfoliating serum.

Reasonably priced. High quality exfoliator.
I use Amazon all of the time, and would Lose some of the time saving benefits if I reviewed each product. However, these Korean skincare products deserve a great review. I needed a gentle exfoliator for my skin and decided to use this one due to the online reviews and price. Love it.

Very gentle exfoliation, but...
Unfortunately, these made me break out with cysts along my chin and jaw. I'm giving them three stars, however, because they don't burn, but they do smell slightly funky after use.

Great for Sensitive Skin
This is the first exfoliant I’ve been able to use. My skin is very dry and sensitive. After a few weeks I have noticed my complexion is overall brighter, redness diminished.

Great cleanser, but something in it makes my eyes swell up
I love this cleansing oil!It makes my skin soft and radiant. It cleans superbly! BUT when I use it to take off eye make up, my eyes get swollen. If not for this one factor, I would rate it 5 stars.I went through the ingredients list carefully, but I don't know what ingredient is causing my eyes to swell. If someone reading this has a similar or same experience and has identified the ingredient, please leave a comment. It would be deeply appreciated.
