Berlitz Polish Phrase Book & Dictionary (English and Polish Edition) Paperback – April 1, 2012

This book is very well thought out: size, content, organization.

This served the purpose for which I bought it. It was very handy when I needed directions. I couldn't pronounce the Polish words, but I could point to it in the book, and the people were able to direct me to where I wanted to go.

I'm trying to brush up on some basic Polish conversation skills (phrases) - love this book for that! But I wouldnt recommend this as a Polish-English dictionary only (if that is what you need) because it doesnt have a lot of words in that section.

I found the guide very detailed and I especially liked the English/Polish, Polish/English dictionary at the back of the book.The book covers just about every situation you're likely to encounter and prepares you with a response.

Very useful, but I wish it has an audio cd with it so I could listen to it while driving

it is good becuase it sounds words out in english so you can pronounce words like przepraszam! definitely helped me in poland.

Well organized. Useful phrases.

Very useful. Good for beginners, small enough to carry in my purse. Does not come with a CD... Big drawback
