Had to re-order 3 times it had missing parts frame was all scratched up on my 3rd order still wasn't right brakes were not working so had to pay out of my pocket and took it to a bike shop to get fix... not good ...

The box arrived open and damaged. The rims and stickers were scratched and the pegs were missing. So frustrating as this is a birthday gift.

Worst ever

On the second ride the freewheel broke. Tried to take it apart, but saw that it's a very cheap, poorly machined unit. Don't buy this product!

The bike came in the standard bike box. the pedals, handle bars, and seat were all loose in the box, and something had scratched up the front brake caliper pretty bad. Not sure if the packaging was to blame, but the front fork was way too narrow to fit the wheel hub, and I had to stretch it out to get the wheel on. This was pretty hard since it is tubing, and I was a bit worried a weld would end up braking. That's what you get when these things are made over seas and shipped to the US. Nice bike once all the problems were fixed.

Great, durable, sturdy and functional bike. I am having issues with the brakes however.
