This fan does its job perfectly.
I got this fan for a bathroom. The blade size is just right. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It installed easily; I followed the instructions, which were easy to read and understand. It's easy to use. The fan is quiet, but moves air well. There are six fan speeds; the fan is reversible if needed. The light has three color temperatures to suit your desires. It's been in use for over a month with no issues at all. It has been a great value purchase.

Functional and stylish
Really stylish ceiling fan switch. Three things make it a compelling reason to purchase it: 1) It is easily identified as the fan switch due to its fan picture on the switch. It is useful if you have dimmer switches next to it, so you and your guests don't have to guess which switch is a light or the fan. 2) The speeds are in order. The off position is at the lowest, and then each position increases fan speed Other switches have the off in the middle and then the low and high in different directions. 3) It functions as easy as it looks. This is my go-to switch for fans.

Good Quality Westinghouse Ceiling Fan Switch / Wall Control: 4 - Speeds
Easy Installation ... Replacing an Older Fan Switch. Was a bit dissatisfied with the 'numbering' of the Speed Control Slide Switch. '1' usually refers to the slower speed and I assumed '4' would be the fastest speed. This one is backwards ... but works GREAT ! I reversed the polarity of the wires ... still same results ! Oh, Well ! I generally leave the switch on one speed for a long time ... so this isn't too much of a nuisance. Internal wiring must be reversed. However ... It really does Perform Well on each of the 4 Intervals !

Easy to install and works great!
We recently moved into a new place and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was controlled with an on off switch on the wall and a pull chain for speed. This made things much more convenient, it was very easy to install, and gives us more speed options than the pull chain did.

It Works
This works exactly as described. I just installed a new ceiling fan and got this wired up along with it. I wish I had thought to install one of these years ago. Much better than climbing up on my bed to reach the pull chain.

Works but speed control slide switch not so great...
First off it works but the slide switch has two issues. One is the speed control numbering is reverse from the norm were 4 is lowest and 1 is highest, strange but doable. Because of this I thought that somehow the wiring was wrong so I reinstalled it by reversing the wires, however, that did not help. The other issue with the slide switch is the operation. The stops between speeds is terrible and difficult to set, cheap would be the operative word here. I've installed dozens of fan control switches and all operated smooth as butter-not this one.Minor issue is the manufacturers name on the switch. Seems totally unnecessary imo and looks tacky.Bottom line is it works for my purposes in an investment property, but had I'd known the issues beforehand I would have spent more to get a better switch.

If you’re a price shopper
It’s a 1955 Chevy with a 3 on the tree , I’ll keep it , it works fine

Not a single slide as shown in picture.
The picture is of a single use power slide. The actual product has 2 slides, one for light, and one for fan. I only need the fan function.
