Wrong colors, small size, hair stuck in pigment.
I got entirely different colors than what was shown in the pictures and description. For example, they substituted black (advertised as ivory black) for a purple pigment.The size is also extremely small, and I mean extremely small. The proportion sizes advertised are not correct.On my Cadium Red Hue pigment, there's a piece of hair sticking out which is clearly from the producer of the pallet.Pigment also crumbles easily when dry.The color plates are also not fixed to the pallet, so they keep popping out and falling, so I had to stick them in with glue.I expected to at least receive a good product at a premium price, but the product is not premium at all.Overall extremely disappointed with Winsor and Newton and I'm extremely disappointed that such a product was sold on Amazon.
