This is a high quality product. the front surface came with a protective film on it, so they are unscratched and shiny. The ones I received have very smooth edges and are not dangerously sharp, as some of the product reviews said. I bought these for my studio, where I will use them to hang drawings in progress on the wall.I recommend these, but I have a few notes:--- The backing is adhesive on top of a thin layer of foam, which I guess dampens the sound of clicking of magnets and maybe compensates for slight inconsistencies in the surface so they adhere well. THE ADHESIVE IS VERY STRONG! It should hold firmly and permanently to whatever smooth, clean surface they're mounted on. If removed, I'm sure not only will the adhesive be destroyed, but it will pull up the surface it's mounted on (such as a painted wall).---USE A LEVEL WHEN INSTALLING. They are not repositionable.--- For my purposes, I wish the backing were less permanent, or that the mounting tape came separately, so there would be an easy option to use Command strips for mounting.--- The magnets that come with them are cute, but pretty weak. I wish there were fewer, better magnets instead of so many cheap ones. I will be using stronger magnets.--- The description is accurate about the size of the bars, but the illustration is misleading. Compare the image I uploaded to the image on the product page, and you will immediately see that the seller has used a smaller magnet or a larger bar in their product image.

The place for notices of upcoming parties booked in our restaurant is in view of where customers could see them. (Not able to read but see the clutter) It sometimes looked like a fridge at home. This strips stuck great and look professional. The magnets are a little large but acceptable. Only needed 2 but used the others in other utility areas.

I purchased these magnetic strips for a desk cable management solution in which they hung upside down with magnets attached to wires and other cable hardware in order to keep them secure and out of sight. The adhesive for the strips began to fail within about a month. I would say the adhesion is not suitable on its own for this kind of project. Fortunately, these strips have built in screw holes for a more secure installation which salvaged their function. The product has for the most part met my expectations, just not exceeded them.

I purchased these strips so II could mount them under a desk for a magnetic cable organization system. The Strips arrived well packaged, with both the strips and magnets wrapped in bubble wrap. The strips have adhesive on the back that you just have to peel back the protective layer and stick to the targets surface. Once applied I was able to use an cable organizer system to magnetically secure the cables.

Great, returning to buy my second pack

I bought this for inside our kitchen cabinets so we could hang up a small notepad, grocery lists, receipts, things that used to be on our fridge. Pro: The white color is such a sleek option and and nice an minimalistic! Con: The magnet is very weak. The included button magnets so stick and could maybe hold a slip of paper or a photograph, but the board wasn’t magnetic enough to even hold up a smaller magnetic notepad—even when we put the magnets side-by-side or doubled up, the pad slides right off. Bummer.

As described in their ad. Clean, work great, look great.

If these were less expensive I would possibly buy again but they are very basic magnets, simple strips of painted metal and very cheap plastic button magnets; the magnets are not rare earth, just light duty magnets. Would not buy for the price. I feel these are only worth ten dollars if that. Poor packaging, plain yellow envelope ripped open. Each metal strip has a hole on either end for screws, no mounting hardware can with this set just sticky material covering almost the entire width and length. If the magnets were better but the quality of the magnets is very poor, but they can hold a greeting card fine.
