Good beginner book

I purchased this book at the same time as I bought my tongue drum (10" 11 note)Because it was only a 11 note drum some of the tunes were unplayable and would require a drum of a different range. this is explained within the book but perhaps a "Heads up" regarding the size of drum suitability might have been helpful before I purchased my drum and a suitable drum for all the tunes would have been an option..Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my new drum but about 30 of the tunes were not playable from this book, that was why I gave it a 4 and not 5 rating. the ones I can play are easy and I would recommend it to any beginner which I am.

Great resource and well presented

This book is great for me. I'm learning to play on my tongue drum, which is fab it's an 11 note drum. This book has sooo many music pages to choose from, that's compatible with an 8 or 11 note drum so many to keep me occupied and satisfied till I become better at playing my drum, and the notes is easy to follow and remember. The pages clearly shows which music sheet is for a 13 note drum which I'm grateful for. We can also make up our own music on our drum without using a song book. This is a great song book, some of the songs I've never heard of before mind. Lol but I guess there's always YouTube or google to use, so as to familiarise myself with it.
