I love this pump so far, I’ve had since march of 23
This is the best pump I’ve owned. What use to take 30 minutes or longer now less then 10 minutes below 300 microns.

I purchased the VXP7 field piece vacuum pump and received it on July 22, 2025. I have been a heavy-duty truck technician for over 45 years in this industry. Before this, the a/c pump, I had the Robinair 15800, which I had had since 2017 and replaced it once. The micron level wouldn't go down past 29.99 inches in a vacuum, but already I had a field piece of a/c manifold gauges 360, which I still have. My research on a new vacuum pump for many months on the review on the Amazon website was based on other users ' reviews, with more positive than negative reviews on the product. Also had the field piece website on the same pump. It was a good purchase for me. Working on the a/c system on medium and heavy-duty trucks with running-to-1/2-diameter a/c vacuum lines, my micron levels go down to 100 microns, which is good for me. Additionally, with the two a/c vacuum hoses attached to the pump and the field piece micron gauge at the high sideline without the manifold gauges attached, I can perform my task and get the job done. PS I will try other ways of using the pump and vacuum lines in different methods, not to be limited to how to use this equipment at its maximum. My recommendation for those who feel the same way as I do is to buy this field piece vacuum pump. You will be pleased at the end of the day after using it time after time. Also, I would like to thank the other technicians who took the time to write about their experiences with this product on this website for their comments. Again, thank you.

Wasn't what the description said
Description said like new when I opened it. It had oil all over the box and the product was filthy. I was expecting it in the original box and on top of that it didn't come with the oil cartridge.

Didn’t wow me like I thought it would
Thought being 10 cfm it would pull faster, even with a mega hose it’s pulling the same speed my antique pump of only 7 cfm can do. I have other tools by field piece that work great, I was hoping this would as well. Might return this and stick with ol faithful
