Update: I heard some of these aren't good for you. but haven't really used this since. It does make it cooler, and to be on the safe side maybe it's worth using it just in outdoorsI got this to try out and it's a nice little gadget that I never knew existed. It's good enough to be cool for one person so far, haven't tried seeing if it cools a small room but I'll update this review if anything changes. So far so good.

I live how portable this is! I needed something for my desk and my treadmill AND for when we go camping (dry camping) and it’s hot up in the mountain. I may just try another to leave in the trailer. I have a treadmill at my desk and I Constantly have fans running and this is the perfect size and portability for my desk top. Haven’t used it long without charging so I’m not sure how long it lasts but it lasted the whole hour I was on the treadmill!

The mattress pad is made of a soft cooling material that fits snugly to the size of the mattress in the house. The design of the mattress is elastic and has an ideal depth, supporting the back, avoiding aches and pains when lying down. The thickness of the mattress does not cause heat, heat dissipation creates a cool temperature.

Small fan with use of mister to cool air! Not worth the money, does not work in humid heat conditions. A regular fan is better!
