Seabuckthorn Oil, 120 Softgels, 500mg each

If I could choose just one supplement to use daily, this would be it. I have taken seabuckthron seed oil off and on for years after reading about its ability to diminish keratosis pilaris outbreaks. (red raised bumps on the backs of my arms.) I had only been taking the supplement for a few days when I noticed that the bumps on the backs of my arms were in fact smoothing out and the redness had faded significantly. After a couple of months, I began to notice that my skin everywhere seemed smoother and softer, and that my complexion appeared more radiant. In fact, friends and family began to comment on how well I was looking. After using this product for 6 months in conjunction with apple cider vinegar (two tablespoons in 8 oz. water 2x a day), I noticed that I felt more energized and my chronic allergies were dramatically less severe. My KP continued to fade, and my energy levels continued to soar. My appetite was decreased, and cravings, especially for sugar, were gone.The one draw back for me is the price. $21.95 a month can add up, and if you take the suggested dosage of this product, it will not last an entire month. Because of this factor, I tried a couple of less expensive brands to see if I could save money and still get the same results. But the Balanceuticals brand was by far the most effective for me. So now, I just reduce the dose or take it every other day instead of every day to make it last, and that seems to be working for me.I would recommend this supplement to anyone seeking help with skin problems such as KP, eczema,psoriasis, or anyone just looking for something to improve energy levels or control cravings and appetite. It has certainly worked for me for the last 6 or 7 years!

love the product...it really helps me health wise..great for the cervix and white blood cells...keeps every thing in tact......a great product to keep in with your other vitamins. I once had a false reading with my cervix. and I refuse to believe that there was anything wrong. as I had no symptoms. After watching a Dr. Oz show several months ago...a doctor came on and talked about false/positive results on the pap test. so I started taking them...next time I had a check up, every thing was negative. so I continue to take them from here on end.I swear by them. I recommend them to anyone who has had the same problem. remind me the next time I need to purchase this item before I run out.

Wish I could review the product, but the incompetent people at Direct sent me Prenatal DHA for Pregnant or Nursing Mothers?????? Since I am over 50 I find this funny. Packing Slip indicated the Seabuckthorn Seed Oil-but alas I received the wrong product. If you want the wrong item go ahead and order from this company. Also don't bother trying to call on a weekend as they are closed. So now I have to wait to hear from them, wait to get the correct product and possibly send back the wrong one.Update: 3/10/11-Seabuckthorn Seed Oil capsules-did absolutely nothing for me.

This really did nothing for me at all. I gave two stars because the packaging was good and the shipping was fast. Maybe it will work for you!

It takes awhile to really notice any changes, which honestly is expected with natural vs. chemical. I've been taking it at night before bed for about 2 months, and haven't noticed any side effects or serious improvement in my skin or hair but my stomach isn't quite so irritable any more. I'm ordering more now and will update if it is worth the money.

its average. I can taste it for a while after I take it. I have not noticed any weight fluctuations but I may not be taken enough of it. It has plenty of benefits though. I would recommend it, It wont hurt you to take it. It really has no side effects that are too noticeable. Just a great health product.My husband has been taking it with 2cc of testosterone shots a week with stimulant laxatives now for about a month plus taking this on top of it for weight loss. He doesn't really have time to excersize but we will see. its a really nice product with the gels caps.When I tried to order it it took a month to get it in because it was back ordered. I guess after DR. OZ put it on air it flew off the market.I wold love some more feedback.

I saw this on Dr. Oz and decided to give it a try. I've been using it for 6 weeks and have lost 4 lbs without trying to lose any weight. I didn't change anything about my eating habits. Also, my skin is much softer and not near as dry. I haven't noticed any negative side effects. The price seems to yo-yo, though. First time I bought it, the price was around $38. Second time I bought it, the price had increased to near $50. Noticed now that it's a bit under $37. So I subscribed to the monthly delivery to save 15%.

10 days in...2 in the morning, 2 in the evening. I can see a marked improvement in my skin. Redness/ruddiness is improved. The crepey fine lines that were beyond my smile lines/lower cheek are gone. It appears to be fuller or lifted. That is not the best way to describe it but it is hard to describe.It's like the droopiness and lack of tone is improving. I am really impressed. I was not expecting a change, I was just hoping,like I have with so many other remedies. For me, if this was all it accomplished, I would be very happy.I bought this product. No one gave me a freebie in exchange for a review.
