Some have complained that the pads don't last long. I have discovered that when the pads begin to lose their sticky---Put 2-4 drops of common saline solution on each pad, spread it over the pad, give a moment to work and surprisingly, the sticky returns to the pad. Use them every day. I am getting weeks out of my pads and saving big bucks.

The pads work well, and I've found them to retain their adhesive pretty well in comparison to the tens unit pads I used to use. My problem is the pads are made so cheaply. The wire falls out of the plug and can be a real pain to get to stay in. And due to this, at times the unit pauses because it loses contact with the pad. For the price of these pads, which are essentially exactly like tens pads, they should be far better made. The connection is just simply poorly and cheaply made and could be fixed for next to nothing. You can see in the photo the one that has fallen off and how little there is to hold it together. In my order, which has 3 sets of 2 pads, the first pad I plugged in was defective and would not recognize. The 2nd pad the wire fell out. The 3rd pad worked fine, the 4th pad the wire fell out. These pads in conjunction with the BioWaveGO portable, unit actually are the only way to relieve my back pain.Surgeon could not help me , neither did the pain management team do me any good.

Love his device, especially the new smaller version. The original was too big, awkward to use, and my battery finally died. The new one has a long battery life, is easy to carry around, and has better control over the intensity.However, I get that they want a proprietary connector to create a revenue stream for the pads but it would be nice if we had a few choices on the shape and size.
