This wine is almost sold out! A couple bottles were held back for online sales. We are asked about this wine all the time! This wine is hand-crafted with 7 different apple varieties all harvested on the Olympic Peninsula. Several came from trees on the winery property and the rest were gleaned from special trees dotting the peninsula. The hand press juice was naturally fermented and aged for a year to create this special wine.
