Nice for price
Everything works as advertised. Needed to switch a couple of the plugs around as they were plugged in the wrong slot. But once everything is plugged up correctly you get always on headlights and taillights, turn signals, reverse lights and some blueish white lights that come on when you accelerate past a certain point. Those worked out good for me as I was installing this on a Mustang GT4 so those blue lights light up the three little diagonal lights by the headlights. Pretty cool actually for this build.

Good but wires are short
This is a nice light kit with a control module. It gives you functionality of headlights and turn signals and tail lights. I could not test the functionality of the brake lights with my particular vehicle. Or else maybe it doesn’t have brake lights? I’m not sure if it’s this light kit or my speed controller that is at issue. It does have reverse lights and has blue light for some reason? I’m not sure how I would use those, but I would’ve rather have white lights instead of the blue LEDs.One thing to note is that the wires were too short to put in my 1/6 scale Jimny. I had to extend the wires in order to use this kit. It required a lot of splicing. Afterwords I lost the tail lights. They would flicker like there was a bad connection. I went back and re-checked all of my connections and they were good, and I even switched the plugs around on the module. My only conclusion is possibly bad LED’s? I substituted non-good LEDs, and they seem to work fine from the same connection. So I’m not 100% sure where the problem is but the tail lights are flickering. It could be a problem with what I did, but for sure the wires were too short. I think there’s another comment mentioning that as well.

Great value, works great
Although no instructions were included a YouTube video put me on my way. Switching two sets of lights fixed my brake/ reverse lighting. Simple plug n play setup. Have already ordered sets for all my other vehicles.

Go on traxxas or go to hobby town instead don't buy this whatever you do
It worked for a few seconds but when I plugged in ch2 ot complete canceled everything out even my 4tec and when I went to hobby town to see what the problem was thay told me to put them in differently and when I tried is canceled out both the steering and the motor when taking it apart to see if the wires were solder correctly the were and the main problem was it's not built to withstand high rates of power like a 3s lipo and infact i can't even do a 2s it's a bad build to the point it's not even safe when trying to put it in a 4tec because it will either cause it to do a runaway or brake the steering or worse brake the receiver I wouldn't recommend buying this product if your trying to find a good light kit just get a kit that's from the horizon hobby or hobby town or just go online and buy one from traxxas itself. I'm disappointed for how it damaged my rc from messing up the receiver I can only us one ch1 adapter now sense if fried the other one and it's sad to spend 14 dollars on something that looks like it's a safe billed but it isn't

A lot of unnecessary features
The "brights" only work when you floor the accelerator which in turn turns off the regular headlights while doing so??? Plus the option to use the channel 3 wire (which is suppose to allow the button on your receiver to trigger) just doesn't work at all. Also the ration to like 3 different types of headlights to absolutely zero running taillights? What moron is programming these???

Before you order understand your cars method of hook up wiring system
These lights are what you want. Reaction time is right on the spot. Great enough to be seen from a distance you can add a smaller light next to the front headlights and make them high beems ! Easy enough to install by using double-sided tape small pieces here and there and they were all just fine get them for a good little water resistant for the most part meaning I have swamp them and they still work good lights for the money bye bye-bye
