My strawberry mead wasnt clearing up even after a month or so and this product did it in one day.

I use it for clearing up meads that need a bit of help. Works usually within a week.

I make fruit or country wines. Clarifying them is not always easy. I added Pectic Enzyme in the must. I did the first clearing with Bentonite on the second racking. I used Sparkaloid on t the third racking. I pasturized the wine and tthen coldd shocked it before sending it into long terms aging and storage. As crystall clear as I have ever seen wine withoout mechanical filtering without loss of color or flavor.

1/4 tbs/liter worked for me and you will begin seeing results in a few hours and in a few days your wind will be crystal clear.

Cleared up a mead I was aging but just wouldn't clear on its own in a week.

This is the only clarifying agent I use - and I've probably made close to 15 gallons of wine so far. I use a teaspoon per gallon of wine. Per the directions, I boil it in water (a quarter cup of purified water) for a few minutes - let it cool a little - then pour the slurry into the wine (during 2nd fermentation). Does a great job every single time. To make life a little easier, I mix my tannins and citric acid in with the sparkalloid powder/water combo, then pour the entire slurry into the wine and give it one hell of stir to both mix the contents of the slurry and to degas the wine.

Performs exactly as it's intended to.
