Great product. Ordered this to keep on hand for recipes instead of canned coconut milk. The taste is amazing and it dissolved nicely into hot water. This was my first time using powdered coconut milk, so I didn't realize how much I would need for cooking/baking. The ratio is 1:2, powder:water so to make 1 cup of coconut milk for a recipe, you use 1/2 cup of powder. Would love it if this were available in a larger size (16 oz?) so I could get more uses out of each container!

I was looking for a reasonable priced coconut powder to add to water for hydration. This worked well and the price was perfect for my budget. Tastes good too.

This was used for a gift for my family me ever who is vegan. I used it to make some vegan hot chocolate mix for Christmas. The product was fresh and tasted nice. I like how it came with a little scoop inside. This product is hard to find in my local stores so I appreciated the find on Amazon.

The shelf life is a lot shorter than expected. I was hoping to keep some on hand for emergencies when I run out of milk (dairy allergy here), but it expires in less than 5 months. So now I'm using it so it's gone used before it expires. It stirs well into my herbal tea.
