We set ours up in the garage. Let me start by saying that since the pandemic we have been unable to use the saunas at the gym, because that are all closed. To remedy that we decided to purchase the two person Sauna, and let me tell you it is worth every penny. If you don't have one you need to get one of these in your life. Excellent product, and easy to assemble.

It’s easy to assemble and I assemble. The convenience is awesome.

Here's the deal: it gets hot, it steams, you sweat. It, for the most part, does what a sauna should do. That being said, it has it's drawbacks.TEMP: The ideal sauna temp range is 170sF to 200F. I've never gotten it over 160F, which is what it advertises, so it does what it's supposed to.CONSTRUCTION: the tent structure is made of plastic. Heating plastic and breathing it in is dangerous. I bought this knowing I'd change the structure. I basically copied the pipe design and swapped it with copper pipe. 1. this makes it heavier and sturdier 2. don't have to worry about breathing in anything bad. how the steam is supposed to get from the heater to the tent is just a hose, but mine didn't come with one. So again, used a copper pipe (safer anyways). But where it enters the tent makes it easy for water to pool in the hose or collect on the bottom of the tent. A simple solution for this is to just angle the pipe up so only steam goes up the pipe and water trickles back down into the heater.TO RECAP: you get hot, you sweat, you feel good. Ideally, it should be hotter but it's still a great alternative to shelling out thousands on a traditional wood sauna...if you're willing to change the structure to save yourself from harmful chemicals.

I bought this little sweat room until I can build a proper sauna. And I do multiple (usually 3) rounds of this and cold plunge most evenings and it helps me sleep better.1) The tent needs additional insulating. I have a few large towels and raincoats on top of it to help it get hotter. If the surrounding space is not heated (garage, etc) it is hard to get above 105 degrees. It’s now in a heated room and I can get it in the 120’s.2) The steam pot display failed after a few months. The digital number display has failed. Luckily I know that 9 “beeps” bring it to full steam. But the timer function is a guessing game and I’ve had it shut off on me which is a problem because a lot of heat is lost every time you have to open the door.With all that said, it still works and I have found some hacks to help. An important one is to use the extra hollow strut it came with as a breathing tube. I zip it into place, rest it on my lap and take “hits” off it for fresh air.Lastly, get a stool of some sort (I found a cheap metal and plastic one) because the chair sits way to low and will get funky very quickly

I had ordered this last year for my husband who loves it!! We moved since then and ended up misplacing the frame to this. I emailed the company asking if I could buy a new frame, and instead they sent me an ENTIRE NEW SAUNA FOR FREE!!!! The product worked really well, while it worked. After a few uses it seems to have died, to the unit will power on momentarily but then turns off. Hoped to get more use out of it for the price.

I was very skeptical since this product didn't have any type of reviews and the instructions where bare minimum! But I used common sense put everything to my best knowledge and turned it its an amazing Portable sauna super happy with this purchase and if you're thinking about it just but it for the price I can't complain super fun and super relaxed!! Thank you!
