arrived quickly and nicely packaged. this worked really well in my hair. i chose the cold treatment just to relax my hair a bit as i didn't want it to be pin straight, just more manageable and less frizzy. it is worth having a friend help you to apply and to do a patch test first. your hair will dry out a bit so make sure to condition and have your hair oils on hand afterward, but overall it's so much easier to style in the morning

I like this hair product look for straighting hair product wont dry my hair out it took a long time process 4 to 5 hour worth the time in end my hair was straight as was process my hair as strong smell to martix opit when used this product open window as very strong smell dont be put off in end get result

Just love this product best on the market but very hard to find .
