The most delicious kashk I’ve ever tried!
Although it’s pricier than similar products on the regular market, this is the most delicious kashk I’ve ever bought. As a Persian, I’m familiar with high quality kashk, and this one truly stands out. As long as I have access to this brand and it maintains its quality, I won’t be buying from any other producer.

Expired? Vinegar-y
I think the product is expired even though it says it’s not. It tastes and smells like strong vinegar, that can’t be a good thing. Im not buying again.

Tastes how it should
It tastes like real Kashk and it's not chunky. Very smooth. But I only gave 4 stars because the bottle is small and it's a little bit pricy. One bottle is enough for cooking one time Halim Bademjoon my family of five. Overall I recommend it.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The test and consistency is excellent.

Good quality and taste
I used it with egg plants to make the Persian dish kashk bademjan. It turned out as expected, meaning we (myself and my American partner) ate way too much. Will buy again.

Cannot return item.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is NOT kishk. This is a lemony dough. What's more horrible is that you can't return it.

The taste is ok,
The jar looks smaller and it was half filled there was a large cavity or air pocket, in the center of the jar .
