2-stars for being stainless steel (easy to clean), but no points for usability. After putting in the charger, it's nearly impossible to twist the "activator" to release N2O into the chamber. I've got strong hands, but it takes a surprising amount of force to pierce the cartridge -- and with that much exertion, the sharp, hexagonal edges leave deep marks on my hands and fingers. Ouch! No thank you; I'd rather find another dispenser that doesn't hurt.

Works really well for cream and modernist cooking. Bought this for the dishwasher ability but noticed rubber seals in the head and hand washed it instead. Handwashing takes literally 45 seconds, so buy the cheaper non dishwasher safe version. I used this to make some incredibly airy and crisp waffles over the christmas break for the kids.

Actually I bought one few weeks ago but I wanted something bigger so I tried that one and I must to say that it is great product! I could decorate all my daughter’s birthday cake and it looks really amazing! Also to make my coffee and put the wipped cream on it was an even!Thank you so much for great product and quality

Just fill it in and choose your favorite decoration tip.2. Time - There is no need to use the hand mixer to get a fresh whippet cream. And also you can keep the cream cool in the refrigerator.3. Easy To Use - There is no twist in that product. Simple to use even for your kiddos!!!4. Coffee - The best and easy way to enjoy an upgrade home made coffee without visiting Starbucks.Really a good deal !

Absolute crap! Threads were stripped first use and suspect it may have been a returned unit. I could never get the gas to flow either. Magnify the picture with the box next to it and read the side of the box. Someone who doesn't know English attempted to write them. Do not get this product!!!!

Love this product. Arrived on time. Package and product in good shape. Works as advertised. Very substantial and classy product. Whip cream is wonderful!!!!

This states it is a stainless steel dispenser in the bold print, but the head is aluminum. Shame on me for not reading the fine print, but I can't believe no one else is tripping about that. Not terrible, but it's aluminum which means the charger holder is also aluminum which means it's going to have the threads go out by the 100th turn. Not a fan of aluminum, having used dozens of these through time, I can tell you that in the long run this will not be one that survives.
