Blank Jewel Cases
I prefer Jewel cases over Slim cases for the simple reason of protection. Not that I'm hard on my CD's, but things happen unforeseen, and if a case got dropped, I'd rather the CD was in a Jewel one vs. Slim. I also like that I can slide in a paper/cardstock CD "cover" (you don't have space to do that with a Slim case).These particular Jewel cases are as they appear: clear with a black background. They don't snap shut very snugly, but none of the ten I bought were damaged. They came packed in a box, which was inside an Amazon bag. I can't comment on sturdiness or durability because I haven't used them yet. However, I researched prices online and feel these were comparable (at the time of my purchase).
