There is no information I can find for how to connect these to a RaspberryPi or any other similar computer. Please provide a guide or something that can explain how to access the sensor output

As to your interface question: I believe this is just a sensor with voltage proportional to pressure for you A/D... 4 pins pretty easy to figure out.
