Love these earbuds! When pairing, be sure bluetooth is turned OFF on your device. Long press both buttons on ear buds at the same time and let go when both are flashing red and blue. Then double click on one (either one) to pair buds to each other. Lastly, turn on bluetooth to connect to your device.
