I'm a ginseng user and this supplement in any form has not failed me. I tried this one as a straight shot and it has a bitter taste. I decided to add a pack to my coffee with creamer, and the taste of it became undetectable. In both cases, I felt more energized and focused on accomplishing my task. I recommend it's worth a try.

I took this this morning and it put me straight to bed. I'll come back and fix this review if I take it tomorrow and it gives me energy, but I was supposed to be up at nine and moving all around and good and I end up going to sleep at nine didn't wake up till 12.

Trabajo más de 8 horas al día. Y ese suplemento literal me mantiene despierta unas 6 horas. Es un poquitin amargo porq es ginseg pero nada feo en realidad. Es bueno. Parece café sin azúcar. Me gusto. Lo recomiendo. Y siempre lo vuelvo a comprar.
