I'm 59 yrs old and this is very sturdy i don't feel like I'm going. To fall at all love the wife steps locks in place great and easy to store away

I like this a lot, I like having handles to hold on to as I climb unlike other step ladders. I can easily get things up on top of my closet, and have don a lot of reorganizing since I got it. It has a latch on the top stair that looks like it is supposed to hook on the metal rail , however it is not in a position to clip on to that rail that is just underneath it, and the ladder is less stable without that support. Not sure if I should try bending the metal or not. Also one rail is slightly loose and it can't be tightened, i will probably glue it and re attach the screws so it is more stable

This ladder is perfect for my needs. It's lightweight which makes it easy to carry, especially when going upstairs or into the basement. It's the proper height for doing anything inside my house, and I have 9' high ceilings. It's sturdy and stable, I feel completely safe and comfortable on each step of the ladder.

I am a short 4'9" 73-yr old woman who is still very active and I still clean my own house. I can reach up to the ceiling fan and all the way to the ceiling with this ladder. I like the step ladder and will use it, but it is still a bit too heavy for me. And even when it is standing on a level floor, it still wobbles.I like the side rails for stability, the height so I can get into my highest shelves in my cabinets. But I still need to have my husband move it for me. I wish you had one a little lighter, although that might be impossible especially with the hand rails.Thank you.

This staircase makes it easier for me to use a lot of things and saves me a lot of space in my very good material.

great ladder ,sturdy ,well built.the only problem is as you get older its to heavy to roll around

Ladder is a perfect size for most jobs but a little heavy

Love this ladder. Folds flat for storing in the smallest of spaces. Weighing only 10lbs for a 4step ladder is what I am thrilled about.
