My wife enjoys taking this product. The taste is enjoyable and the quantity taken per day is not overwhelming. It can be taken several ways, directly, with water or mixed into other products. The easiest way has been mixing it with yogurt or overnight oats. Good product overall!

This product is so easy to take it surprised me! I want to alternate marine and bovine collagen and figured I'd try these. I know people say mixing your collagen into your coffee or whatever makes you not taste it but I can still very much taste and smell my collagen and I'm not a fan, but I down it and it's fine. This one I initially was going to mix with my electrolyte mix but I wanted to give it a true test before so that I could write a proper review... and I ended up jut downing the whole thing on its own! It was actually not bad - it had this pleasantly nutty flavor that I couldn't quite put my finger on but I actually weirdly enjoyed. The powder is also conveniently placed into sachets so you don't have to scoop out anything, just tear and pour (also it was very easy to tear, no scissors required). It also mixed super easily too. I usually use my handheld frother but this mixed just fine with a spoon, another pleasant surprise.I love the ingredients included in this product and how much of it there is per serving. I DO wish the collagen came from cod rather than tilapia (though I like the carp), I don't know how big a deal that is. While I can't speak to the efficacy of it (it's really hard to with supplements), I'm pleased it's something I don't hate taking so I can be consistent with it. At about $1.60 per serving, this is on par with or cheaper than similar products in the market that I've taken so it's also fairly priced.
