My favorite! Here’s the thing: I know moringa is supposed to give you energy. I think, overall, it does that. But for some reason, it makes me sleepy. Like…really sleepy. I have had trouble sleeping for some time, so it occurred to me that maybe this is filling some nutritional gap that was the root cause of my sleep issues. Whatever it is, I can’t live without this now. I tried several brands. The gummies weren’t effective (made me wonder if they were just green sugar), and another brand had capsules so big I choked on them and dreaded taking them. These capsules are smaller and easy to swallow. The added super greens are a bonus, and I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t take them. I don’t sleeps well and I’m a zombie the next day. Don’t stop making these!! :-D

So far I don't feel or see a difference with these pills after taking them for approximately 2 weeks. Unsure of health benefits. No smell or bad taste to report. Effectiveness, I am waiting to see. I'll return and write an update in the next 2 weeks.
