Q: How much progesterone is in each pump?

Progesto-Life should be applied twice daily. Days you apply will depend on your menstrual cycle. Women with regular cycles should apply for ~3 weeks of each cycle. Women with irregular cycles should apply for 3 weeks per calendar month.

Results vary from person to person. We recommend using Progesto-Life as instructed for at least 60 days to see how it makes a difference for you. As always, consult with your doctor before beginning any new supplement regimen.

Q: My latest bottle’s pump isn’t working. What can I do?

Air bubbles can occasionally get caught in the pump. To clear the bubbles, simply compress the pump until it clears. 30 to 40 compressions is generally enough.
