Not sturdy
The top piece that you put the shisha in did not come with a little rubber piece, and the 1 I had from a previous hookah was too small.. so the top is not sturdy at all. I constantly have to hold it. Especially if I decide to move it. Also, the metal pole piece and the little gold screw that comes with it serves no purpose because it came with NO instructions. I tried implementing it myself.. the pole doesn't fit in the silver dome piece at all. So I just had to use it without it. Completely useless. This is a horrible product.

A solid smoking bowl for a short session
The company "Believe Best" was extremely friendly and easy to work with due to some shipment troubles. The bowl is very good & smokes smooth once it "gets going". It does take a little longer than some other bowls to heat the shisha up and works better when loosely packed. I find this will be one of my "go to" bowls when I am smoking solo or just with one other mate. I definitely recommend ordering through this company as their customer service & relations were outstanding.

Nice for the price. Burns great! But if you can buy one with heat resisting handles, they would be better.

3 pack!?!?!
I received the product and thought it was a 3 pack - meaning 3 bowls with the corresponding attachments for each. Turns out it was only 1 bowl with its attachments. Bad advertising in saying it’s a 3 pack when it’s only 1 item.

Over all it’s good but they should make the handle more thicker cus no matter what it still hot to hold it my the handle.
