High praise. Promote ahead of peers.I have a function tomorrow and I can't find my go to tie tac so I ordered this lapel pin last minute. IYKYK we represent. I was looking for something somewhat discrete but definitive and identifiable.Now my eyes aren't all that great these years but even I can see the fidelity with which this is reproduced. I had to use my phone's zoom function to make it out clearly but even without it you can make out the motto which given its size I find pretty remarkable. The feathers on the wings, the braid in the rope, they even got the flukes on the anchor right. I feel like I could coat this in M-Nu and pass an Alpha inspection with it.This is a faithful reproduction of our beloved EGA and I'm proud to add this to my kit. Seems pricy for what it is but given the quality this is a solid buy. If you're looking for something to give a Marine that they will appreciate this meets or exceeds all the criteria for being correct (and that alone says a lot)Just want to check off the other boxes, Made in America and officially licensed.To the company that makes this: if this were available in sterling or18K gold I'd pick some up. Your mold maker is very talented (I was a metalworker for years and I appreciate the workmanship on this piece).Semper Fidelis

I didn't realize or pay attention to how small it was. I guess a pin is supposed to be small anyway.

Good quality, nice size, quality manufacturing, nicely packaged. Happy it's USMC licensed and made in USA. Only thing I'd improve is the pin catch: maybe upgrade to a deeper silicone grip type.
