My wife struggles with back and neck pain. This book is simple enough even for a simpleton like me to understand and use. Great results. Just don't forget to shell out on some decent massage oil.Also, the level of detail is fantastic. A real education.

Book arrived in what seemed good condition however when i trued to open the pages it seems that in the printing press they did not cut and separate the pages. I had to separate each page by hand, damaging some of the pages.Bad quality....
