Great Product
I like to pack my lunch, but the biggest problem I found was the microwave containers I use to put the food it. They don't all fit into a regular size lunch box or cooler. So I did a lot of research and came across this lunch cooler. It's made for airline crew because they're on the go all the time. It even has a "slot" on the back so you can slip it over your luggage handles & carry it that way. I'm not airline staff but I wanted something well made and something to suit my needs.I thought the price was a little high, but it was worth it!Talk about a well-made product! It's made of heavy duty material and comes with what appear to be industrial-grade zippers. The material is heavy and very sturdy and the stitching is nice and neat and tight. None of those lose frayed pieces of string you see on other products. The inside is insulated very well with a heavy lining - and the lining is removable! It zips in and out. You can unzip the lining to put an ice pack in there to keep you food cold or remove it and replace it should it get stained or damaged. How cool is that?!The extra compartments are very roomy and good for holding all kinds of things of many sizes. The two pockets on the sides hold just about any size water bottle you have. And there's a shoulder strap if you don't want to carry it by hand.I waited to write a review because some products fall apart in a short time. Not this one! I've stuffed it full of all kinds of things and the zippers hold up wonderfully under all that stress.I would definitely recommend this product. It's well worth the money.

Excellent quality
Great lunch sack for my husband! Zippers have held up well. It fits two quart-sized water bottles, an ice pack, 2 sandwiches, several pieces of fruit, and a muffin or a few slices of banana bread. He is an Ag mechanic and his lunch box gets chucked in his dirty field service truck. He hasn't complained about the temperature control. The ice pack is room temp, though, after 12-15 hours.Updated: we purchased this in Feb 2016 and it is now June 2018 and we still love it! This has been a fantastic bag! I do believe we may be doing a warranty on the zipper at some point in the next six months as it is getting a little bit tough to zip and once it did open behind the zipper, but my husband works in a dirty environment and is not gentle with his lunch bag so I'd say this is a top notch bag for holding up this long. The entire bag is build tough. We've gone through so many lunch bags for him in the past. Even if it didn't have a lifetime warranty, I still feel this bag is cost-effective.

Fantastic quality
I bought this bag in February, 8 months ago. I work nights in the oil fields in New Mexico driving an oil truck. I don't get filthy, but it's a dirty job. This bag still looks brand new without even a thread coming loose. I used to buy cheap lunch coolers from Walmart and was lucky to get 6 months out of one before it fell completely apart. This bag is made much heavier than those cheaper ones with larger, heavier zippers, stitches and reinforced handles. The only thing is I wish it was about 20% larger. I keep everything in the side pockets that I can fit. Tylenol, tums, ear plugs, napkins, vitamins, a few 5 hour energy bottles, flashlight, phone charger cables, GPS, extra batteries, correction tape, safety goggles, stuff like that. Then my lunch and ice packs of course and it holds enough for a typical 12-14 hour shift. No 7-11's out here. I always seem to need more room but have cut back and reduced the size of certain containers to help. Great cooler!

An all around good lunch box/cooler for the money.
I use this cooler as a lunch box for my commute from home to work. The main compartment zipper is very heavy duty, for a plastic zipper. That zipper blowing out on my last cooler, from a different manufacturer, is why I purchased this cooler. All the other zippers are pretty standard, not to take anything away from them, but they are not as heavy as the main compartment zipper. The top compartment is actually an insulated, separate compartment. It's not just a cheap mesh divider, like I have found in lesser quality coolers. This cooler was designed for flight crew types. So, there are features that I have no use for, like the water bottle pockets and the roller bag sleeve. I would rather have storage pockets in those places. The only real complaint I have about this cooler is a small one. The big strap is the only way to carry the cooler if the main compartment is open. I would rather not have the big strap on the cooler. The top straps are only attached to the top portion. So, if it's not zipped up, the cooler flips open. Once I take my food out, I like to leave it open, so it can dry out, and eliminate any lingering food smells, but in order to move it I have to either zip it back up, or use the big strap.
