Just what I was looking for to cook plain rice, very simple to use, wash the rice , fill to correct water line and press the button and rice comes out perfect every time! the retractable cord is also a plus!

I really love this rice cooker.easy and faster to cook and it taste better than other rice cooker highly recommended.

This Tiger rice cooker is good, it keep warm over 24 hour the rice is normal, the white rice is not change colors.

Its a good buy, worth the money! So easy to cook , easy to clean and very nice look!

I love 1 button simple rice cooker. This is exactly what I need. However when you plug it it's already in the warming option and then there's the cooking option and no off button??? hmmmmmm Does this mean I have to unplug it every time?Other than NOT being able to find the off button, everything else is great.Rice cooks fast (faster than my fancy zijiroshi rice cooker which I returned because it takes 1.2 hours to cook rice.)This one cooks 4-5 cups in 30 min. Sure its not as "fluffy" as the $200 rice cookers but common I can't wait over an hour for rice.Simple design takes less space in the kitchen as well v/s the more flatter wide shapes.Retractable cord - must have!There's also a plastic steamer tray as well as a hook to attach the rice spoon. Very handy

It works perfectly well, cooks rice perfectly in about 20-30 minutes and keeps it at that state fine even when I forget about it for 3 hours. If you add in the time needed to soak the rice, total cooking time is around an hour.

I’ve ordered products from amazon many times but never been disappointed like this time. We bought a cooker Tiger brand many years back and we liked it so we wanted to buy your brand again. I was excited waiting for the product until what I received was a largely dented cooker that was supposedly brand new. I don’t know whether it’s amazon’s fault during the packing process, or the carriers’ fault during delivery, or Tiger’s manufacturer mistake but the final condition of the product when it reached its final destination, the customer, is far less than expected or even unacceptable. I have printed the return label and shipped it back to you for refund but this is not a nice experience from Tiger brand at all. Im in need of a cooker ASAP and this just delays and wastes my time.I trusted your brand from past experience using your product which we bought from an in-person store and it lasted for years, also from knowing your company is Japan but this is really unacceptable and disappointing.

We have had 3 of these, they last about 10 years and we use it a lot
