Ahi USA 600 Pro Series 6 Panel Cast Net

these are fantastic cast nets 1st. class all the way they are top shelf quality. they cast good and open up very good and sink fast so the bait doesn't escape!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a gift for my father. We are recreational fishermen and regularly use casting nets for live bait.Upon receipt I noted that the bucket stated in the Ad was missing, but I didn't worry as I can buy a new bucket at a store and include with the gift.When I unpacked the net, I noticed that it was defective as they forgot to include the complete "throat" section of the net; therefore, making it unusable and incomplete. The throat area is woven into the net and done at time of manufacturing, so I was forced to return it. Apparently, there is little or no QA on these nets upon completion.I had to purchase a net immediately elsewhere.However, I have to state that the seller had no fault and was great. They immediately provided a return label and refunded my money a couple days after receipt of the defective merchandise.

Decent net but it tangles very easily. No, it's not from me lol. I throw a perfect cast each time but the brail lines tend to wrap the lead lines after empting the net. If I untangle before throwing, usually get a cast or two before untangling again. Good for the price, not a professional net though.

This cast net has a good balance and a good weight ratio. Sinks at a good rate with small enough holes to catch small glass minnows...I originally purchased the net to catch a midget that I frequently saw rummaging through my trash. After a little practice I was able to Cast the net almost flawlessly every single time. I set up a steakout behind my neighbor's trash cans and like clock work he showed up right at 9:00 p.m.. With the flick of the wrist I let her fly and sure enough I snagged the midget. He did struggle for a bit and managed to tear a small hole which I was able to repair with ease. Upon inspection I realized it was not a midget and in fact was one of the neighborhood children who was collecting cans out of the trash to recycle. Well egg on my face 5 stars.

I was looking to replace a cast net that I had for 10 years. After watching several you tube videos reviewing cast nets I chose the Ahi net . After only a handful of casts the net pulled loose from around the horn making it useless. I contacted Ahi and I have not hear back from them.

Very nice only thing I don't like is that the main lines that are attached to the weight line and pull line are not separate lines. So some times it slides one way or the other and you have to pull and even out the sides. But 100% best net I have bought.
