Honey-Can-Do Kids Toy Organizer and Storage Bins, Natural/Primary

We had all of our toddler boys' toys (monster trucks, musical instruments, cars, books, etc) in a big basket in their basement play area. Every time they'd play, the toys would end up ALL over the floor, making the basement one huge messy area. We got this to organize all the toys and are so happy we did. The organizer is nicely designed, sturdy, and easy to put together. It holds a ton of toys. The buckets come out easily and go in easily. The rack displays all the toys nicely as well. The boys love it, we love it, and our basement is cleaner because of it!

My 18 mo old is super destructive, crazy smart (figures out ever child proof cabinet lock we buy) & strong like grown man! He keeps trying to pull the containers down, but can't. We can't attach it to the wall because we rent & the walls are made of concrete, but he hasn't knocked it over. He just tries to get the boxes off. We didn't put it up in front of him & we don't remove them so he can't see how it works.Great construction! They fit a lot of toys, which keeps the room clutter free.He likes it too & enjoys clean-up time with this vs. his toy box since he gets applauds for getting the toys in the right box. Fun & educational for him. Easy on house work & clean-up for mommie. 😄

Okay, I would have chosen different colors for the bins but it's otherwise perfect.I spent way too much time trying to choose just the right storage for the kids' newly decorated playroom (was supposed to be my kitchen expansion but, oh well). I looked at bigger storage bins but they were too big. I looked at shelves but the bins were more practical because we can scatter the bins around the room for both play and easy pick up and a lot of the toys (cars, balls, plastic animals) are small and need to be kept together. I looked at all plastic but it was bulkier than this wood/plastic combination.I saw complaints that:- this organizer came damaged - mine did not.- that it was low quality - higher quality costs more and would be too heavy.- assembly was difficult - took me 10 minutes.- bins were too small - exactly the right size for my needs. Get a toy box for stuffed animals and shelves for your books.- bins won't sit flat - I don't want them to sit flat.- can't secure it to the wall - possibly an issue with a child just learning to walk. But we used to tie our Christmas trees to the windows for the same reason so you can probably come up with a temporary fix for a year or so.Highly recommend.Addendum: Our bin has gotten heavy use for 4 years now and it still looks like new. Nothing lost, nothing broken. This was a great purchase. When they kids outgrow it, I'll take it down to the shop and use it for my gardening tools.

Living tiny means a lot of clutter and with 2 toddlers that clutter is mostly toys... This toy organizer spreads everything out and makes my kids play corner seem more tidy.I love the daughter loves the different colors, and it is helping her learn sorting skills.It's very stable and built tough, it also comes with wall mounts so you can be sure it's not going to fall.It's a bit bigger than I expected but still fits perfectly in our small space!Overall great product!

So we tried a few of these and we settled on this one. We tried a cloth one, and our daughter decide it would be more fun to take the boxes apart by pulling out the bottom. The quality is pretty good, but it is just a rack to hold toy's so don't expect it to be built like a tank. Baskets are a decent size and the convenience of being able to see the toys is a must. Allow's our little girl to see her toys and not forget that she has them. I bought this as an early Christmas gift to myself because I was tired of my two daughters toys always being so unorganized no matter what I did. Ever since I got this for their bedroom it's helped a lot with the toy clutter. I'm sure I'm going to need one or two more after Christmas comes in order to keep the new toys organized as well. It' bigger than I thought it was, they have a HUGE Lego Duplo collection that I fit in two of the bigger bins without a problem and I'm talking hundreds of blocks. It comes with small brackets to hard-mount it against the wall to prevent it from tipping/falling over, but it's pretty sturdy without them too. I like that it's so easy to clean. Sticky fingers are always heading for the toys and now I can just wipe out the bins and frame one or two times a week and not worry about it. The handles make it easy to just pick up and move, even when it's full of toys (when not hard-mounted). My girls even seem to be putting their toys away more often too. I can't think of any cons because as far as what I bought it for and the quality for the price I'm really happy with it. Not to mention it's cute and matches their bedroom nicely.
