I like this oil for my keto diet. It's hard to eat enough "good fats" and this oil fits the bill. It doesn't have a harsh taste so it's easy to add to other foods without changing the taste. I'll be making this oil a pantry staple now.

I use this every morning in my tea -- mixed with organic heavy cream, 1 tsp. of organic raw cacao powder and a scoop of Prebiotic Fuel. It mixes well with a milk frother. This organic MCT oil has no discernible flavor, but I get the excellent benefit of starting the day off with healthy fat for the brain. This substitutes for my breakfast and the fact that there is no sugar in this concoction means no spikes in blood sugar 1st thing in the morning!! This MCT oil is 99.2% C8, the most important for brain health. I've been using this brand for the past two years and plan to keep on using it.

I use many oils for health.....Fish...flax......Much Olive oil and recently this..........It is reported good in Coffee........That is how I take My morning coffee...........Just do not pour it into a styrofoam cup.....Will dissolve the cup in 5 minutes..............For what it's worth...I'm 82...had a million tiny wrinkles down My arms like You would would expect..........In 30 Days wrinkles disappeared........Arms now like a newborn.......If the oil is this powerful You must wonder what else it does..........First week made Me a bit hyper.......Now, nothing, but feel stronger...........Paul
