Great brand
Black is a hard color to achieve but this brand works wonders. It’s a rich black, not gray which is usually a common problem. No weird taste although it does stain your mouth and teeth! Love it!

Saw a YouTube video on cookie decorating and they mentioned that this product gives a darker, richer black color than other brands, using less product. And it's less expensive by volume, and you have to use much less to achieve your color. Great product.

True to color!
This food coloring really is true to color! It’s a good size bottle so it will last a long time too. I don’t notice any kind of taste with it either. My only complaint is that it definitely stains but that is expected.

Used to make my mouth black for Halloween
This tastes disgusting but I needed to make my mouth black for a devil costume for Halloween and it most certainly helped
