My husband is very sensitive to caffeine, and this supplement has been life-changing for him. He works a lot of overtime and runs on fumes frequently. Too much caffeine makes him irritable. This supplement has changed that completely. He takes one at bed every day that he has caffeine. His mood has improved drastically. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has a hard time sleeping after having caffeine and for people who are sensitive to it.

Works great, but expensive

I work night shift which unfortunately causes me to consume caffeine closer to bedtime than I’d like to admit.Just before getting off shift I take my DeCaffeinate along with IR/SR Melatonin and Ashwagandha.After my N=1 testing, I can tell you that if I lapse on my De-Caffeinate then I will not sleep as soundly.

I've had other rutaecarpine tablets that worked faster and better but these definitely do work, although I wish they were priced a little more modestly.

No matter the amount of caffeine I’ve had in a fat, a couple capsules at bedtime always makes for a better night’s rest. I always keep this product on-hand!

Really gets the caffeine out of my system when I drink an energy drink too late in the day. Don’t take this too early or you will get tired! I take it about 4 hours before bed and the caffeine doesn’t keep me awake.

Doesn’t seem to work as well as Ruda Cleanse, I have to take too for this to work.

Woke up in the middle of the night with bad nausea. Coffee didn’t work the next day and spent the whole day in a haze lmao
