Toysmith Really Big Eraser

Go this for my daughter as a joke when she started her STEM degree. I think she actually used it.

Got this as a fun stocking stuffer for my 9-year old son (he's holding it in the picture). He LOVES it. It's perfect for erasing small to large surfaces and leaves no stains on the page. Great product!

While not nearly as egregiously mis-described as one of their competitors (the 4-pack from another seller here - see my review there), these still aren't quite as large as the dimensions state. Description says 5.5" long. Each end is sloped 45 degrees. If I measure from one far corner to the other, I get 5-3/8". Claimed height 2", actual about 1-15/16", so pretty close. Claimed thickness of .7 is spot-on - I measure 3/4". Part of the size deception comes from the fact that the pictures provided show the eraser in a very small child's hand. I have uploaded a picture showing one of them in an adult's hand (glove size 8 or medium, so not a real big hand).I use these for sanding blocks and for vise jaw protectors. Being nearly 2" tall, they provide a much taller protector than things sold as vise jaw protectors, which are usually about an inch tall. I don't need the 3/4" thickness for vise jaws, but the thickness is great for use as a sanding block.

Bought this for a perfectionist kid who hates making mistakes. Funny and useful! Works just like a normal eraser. Would def buy again.

When I seen these I just had to order them! My kids erase soooo much that their pencils rarely have eraser in the end anymore lol so when I seen these I was like this is what we need! They got a good laugh when they came because they’re HUGE! Lol but long lasting and now I don’t have to hear anybody complain about not having an eraser! Lol this should last us some time!

I knew this wasn't going to be as big as depicted in the picture but its a good realistic size for what my son will use it for. I love the softness, you can tell it actually erasing and doesn't just spread ink or rip the paper. Exactly what I wanted although slightly falsely advertised in reference to size.

My kids are always losing their erasers and whining when the pencil erasers don't work very well. They won't lose this one. It works really well too, it's not just a novelty item.

I bought this for use as a sanding block because:a. it's flatb. it's squishy but not too squishyc. it's insanely cheaper than a regular sanding blockIt works great for this. I docked it 2 stars because as many others have stated, the size in the pictures is deceptive.
