Pelvic floor therapist highly recommended this and wow was it a life saver to relieve pelvic pain during and after pregnancy!!!

You must use this with a water based lubricant. Not the balm it is shown in the combination option on Amazon. The wand itself is of good quality and easy to use for pelvic therapy as was directed by my pelvic rehab Physical Therapist.

Purchased for wife on the recommendation of her pelvic floor physical therapist to help treat dyssenergic constipation. Small end is smaller than therapist’s finger so helped ease the intimidation of self stretching. Used once so far and made an awkward, uncomfortable treatment less so. Relatively easy to hold and maneuver. Only complaint so far is that it’s difficult to know how far to go. May mark with rubber bands or some other textile so know where to be for correct stretching.

This is a must for endo girls. I toggle between hypertonic pelvic floor while needing gentle strengthening. I did about 8 months of myofacial pelvic floor release with a physical therapist before purchasing to use this as maintenence. Worth every penny to help with pain relief. I get a bad flare and can tell things are unhappy and this helps so much.

I thought because of the price it did something that the cheaper versions didn’t , honestly don’t waste your money on this when you can find one for cheaper

I bought this on recommendation of a pelvic floor therapist. I used it once. It is awkward. I will keep it just in case I need it in the future. It is soft, though, in case you were wondering.
